Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, Raphajo does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage information before completing their purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us — we are happy to assist.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The incorrect item was received

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit, at Raphajo’s discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are not grounds for a refund.

  • Taste preference or personal expectations do not qualify for refunds.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for any claims.
