At Raphajo, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Comestible (food) products and personalized items are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.Shipping 

Method & Delivery Time

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not at the time of purchase.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances

 

Raphajo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Raphajo is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Damaged or Incorrect

OrdersIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

 

Perishable Products

To ensure product quality, we recommend that customers retrieve their packages promptly upon delivery. Raphajo is not responsible for product deterioration caused by delayed pickup or improper storage after delivery.
