Welcome to Raphajo. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
Raphajo offers food products (including spices and sauces) and personalized items. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Raphajo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and pricing at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
Raphajo is not responsible for additional fees charged by payment providers, banks, or financial institutions.
4. Shipping & Processing
Orders containing comestible (food) products and personalized items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Raphajo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Raphajo is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
5. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Rights (Ontario)
All sales are considered final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in the Province of Ontario. Raphajo does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered, except:

If the product arrives damaged, or

If an incorrect item is received.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photographic evidence. Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit, at Raphajo’s discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
6. Food Products & Allergen Disclaimer
Ingredient and product information is provided to the best of our knowledge. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and ingredient information before purchase.
Raphajo is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper storage, misuse, or consumption of products after delivery. Responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the customer upon receipt.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raphajo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including delays, loss of use, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste or expectations.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and branding — is the property of Raphajo and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
